What is delivery time on my order?
We have agreed SLA's in place with your organisation:
Stock Orders: Any order placed before 2pm will be delivered within two days. (for example, if you place an order at 11am on Monday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.
Print on demand/Templates: As these are printed bespoke for you, leadtimes will depend on print schedules, but we will always delivered within five business days for orders placed before 3pm on 'Day 1'.
What courier will my order be delivered with?
- Stock: most stock orders will be delivered by ParcelForce
- Pallet Orders: We will call to arrange pallet deliveres with you
- Business cards: delivered by Royal Mail
- Any other print: as we work with a number of different printers, each of them use a different delivery method. Once your order has been dispatched, you should be able to find your tracking information in your Order History.
There are products on the site that my colleague can see, but I can't. Why?
When setting up your system, we agreed visibility of items with your implementation team. If you think you need to see a particular item, please get in touch with your account management team who can help out.
